The Korean American Coalition's Mentorship Circles program was created in 2011 to further KAC's goals of grooming future leaders from and for the Korean American community. KAC aims to transfer the benefits of experience and knowledge from established community and corporate leaders to young Korean Americans, bridging the growing gap between generations of Korean Americans.
The program raises awareness of Korean American social issues in mentors and mentees through a range of interactive group and individual sessions, from guest speaker panels to professional networking events.
The 2016-2017 Mentorship Circles program runs from October to June.
