Jihee Huh
Vice Chair of PAFCO and Co-Founder of Pete's Seafood
Jihee Huh is the Vice Chair of PAFCO and Co-Founder of Pete's Seafood, where she oversees company marketing, strategic planning, and new business development.
Jihee serves as the Asian Pacific Islander Public Affairs Commissioner for the State of California. She is an active participant of the Council of Korean Americans, and co-founded the Los Angeles Coalition Foundation Embrace Unity. She is the director of The California Club, an Executive member of Women Leadership Vital Voices, Active Life Trustee and board member of the Children's Hospital of Los Angeles, and serves on the NPR Foundation Board of Trustees. Jihee recently joined the California Community Foundation Board of Trustees and the Executive Committee for the Human Rights Watch of Los Angeles in 2018. She was the previous Board Chair of public radio station SCPR, and previous Vice-Chair of the Saban Research Institute.
In 2018, Jihee received the Deborah Award from the Anti-Defamation League, She was also recognized by the U.S. Congress in 2007 for her work and support on the successful passage of House Resolution 121.
Educated in New York City, Jihee earned a Bachelor's degree from St. John's University. In 2012, she completed the Certificate Program at the Executive Harvard University for "Excellence in Not for Profit Governance."

Peter Y. Huh

Peter Yun Huh is CEO and President of PAFCO, a private family-owned international Seafood Company headquartered in Southern California. Founded in 1977, PAFCO is currently ranked among the top seafood companies in North America, and was named the top-ranked family business of 2015 in the Los Angeles Business Journal.
Peter serves on the board of the Council of Korean Americans for as a Trustee and the Chair of Membership; the U.S. Olympic Foundation Board with his wife Jihee; The Chadwick Song Do - International School in Seoul, Korea; and the board of Asian Americans Advancing Justice, where he was previously the Chair of Finance.
Peter earned a bachelors degree in Chemistry in 1982 at Amherst College. The Huh Family established the Peter Y. Huh Scholarship Fund 82’ at Amherst to support underserved APIA Students to learn about Asia. Peter and Jihee have two adult children, Amanda Huh and Christopher Huh.
