Privacy

Information obtained by KAC through kacla.org is 100% confidential, and will never be distributed or shared with other entities.  Upon successful processing of credit card payments KAC immediately deletes all credit card information.  We access credit card information using 128-bit SSL encryption.

Email addresses are not shared, and will not be added to any mail distribution lists unless specifically requested by the user.

For fundraising events, KAC Los Angeles may in the future contact certain of its users with sponsorship opportunities, but such solicitations are rare.

Security

All forms on this website are 128-bit SSL encrypted to ensure the highest level of security.  When you visit any payment form on kacla.org, a lock on the bottom right corner of your browser should appear (on Internet Explorer it looks like Internet Explorer SSL lock, on Netscape it looks like Netscape SSL Lock).  This indicates that SSL encryption is working properly.  We strongly advise users to close the browser window after submitting information through any of our forms to ensure that other users do not access private information by hitting the Back button.
