Celebrating the 30th Annual NCLC at the T.H.I.N.K. Welcoming Reception

This year marks the 30th anniversary of the Korean American Coalition's National College Leadership Conference (NCLC). To celebrate this milestone year, KAC will host a reunion reception on Friday, June 25, from 6 p.m. to 9 p.m., at the Bonaventure Brewing Co. located inside the Westin Bonaventure Hotel in downtown Los Angeles. Please join us for this special occasion.

As the longest-running leadership program for Korean American college students in the country, NCLC remains an integral part of the Korean American experience. Last year, 40 students attended the 5-day conference in Hemet, California approximately 60 miles east of Los Angeles. Over 1,200 students have participated in the NCLC over the years.

The program has a long-term impact on past participants long after the summer conference. Some have even returned to KAC to volunteer or serve on its board. The 30th anniversary reception will provide an unprecedented opportunity for alums to see old friends, make new friends, and reconnect with KAC to help strengthen NCLC for the future. And we hope this is just the beginning.

To RSVP for the reception, please email Allen Park at allen@kacla.org by June 15, 2010. There is no cost to attend the NCLC 30th Anniversary Reception for past participants.
