KAC to Conduct Fundraising Event in Partnership with Regal Entertainment

KAC will be raising funds benefiting our Model United Nations (MUN) program in conjunction with Regal Entertainment.
KAC will be selling movie passes that will be honored at any Regal Cinema, United Artist Theatre, or Edwards Theatre for $10 per pass. The passes never expire, have no restrictions in California, and offer a discounted price from tickets normally available at box offices. Each ticket will be marked "KAC Model United Nations."
KAC MUN is an innovative after-school program designed to help underserved high school students in the greater Koreatown area. MUN is intended to give inner-city youth insight into the world at large - geopolitics, international relations, and national and international politics - while honing everyday skills, all in an effort to engage students in a critical reflection of not only global but local issues. Proceeds from ticket sales will greatly help to defray traveling costs for students whose families might not be able to pay for weekend Conferences to Mission Viejo and U.C. Berkeley.
